The Student Ministry here at FBC is for those in 7th-12th grade. We have several different opportunities for our students to gather each week.
Sunday School is at 9:15 am on the third floor. Students gather in the café until we have an opening time. After announcements, and sometimes breakfast, students go to grade appropriate small groups for bible study.
Alive Student Choir is during the school year on Sunday evenings at 4:45. The students gather in the sanctuary for practice, and then they lead us in worship for the Sunday evening services.
GAP Prayer Breakfast is every Tuesday morning at 7am during the school year. We have a big breakfast and students rotate responsibility for providing a devotion. The students share a prayer requests and encouragements for the day.
Refuge is our Wednesday night worship service for our students. Middle School Refuge begins promptly at 6:15 and High School Refuge at 6:45. Each group meets on the 3rd floor in the Refuge Room. Students usually get there early to fellowship in the café before worship begins. Refuge is a time of Bible Study, games, and worship led by our student praise band.
Here at FBC, we want to encourage and engage students with the gospel. We want students to know they are loved and share Christ’s love with others! We’d love to talk to you more if you have any questions about the student ministry.
